What does a stylist do?

As a stylist, your responsibilities are to create and find the best fashion outfits for your client. To accomplish this, you may provide personal shopping to build a new wardrobe, coordinate shoes with clothes, and decide which accessories work well with your client's apparel. Important considerations include the venue where an outfit will be worn, the weather, and lighting. You may need to work on still life art, model shoots, or day-to-day outfits for your client. Some fashion professionals also work as hair stylists to create a complementary look, while others may work closely with hairdressers to coordinate with different outfits.
