What does a rental car transporter do?

As a rental car transporter, your duties involve driving rental cars to various locations for an employer. Your primary responsibilities involve car drop offs, but you may also offer a pickup service for customers. If you work for a large rental agency, you typically transport vehicles from one branch location to another. You can also work to transport vehicles at an airport to various service areas. Occasionally, you may drive rentals from a pickup zone back to their point of origin. In this role, you may work and travel with a crew of drivers to complete your duties. You may also interact with rental agency customers when picking up vehicles that need maintenance or that have been sold to an auction.
