What does a Photo Producer do?

A photo producer designs and sets up all production phases in a photo shoot. If they work on a team, they may specialize in a specific part of the process. As a photo producer, your primary responsibilities revolve around producing a beautiful final product for your client. Your duties may include scheduling sessions, setting up camera equipment, managing the photo shoot, and editing the photos in photography software. Depending on the gig, you may also be responsible for selecting the best images. You might do some of your work in a studio, but producers often go offsite to conduct their shoots.
