A freelance WordPress developer helps a client or customer create a website using WordPress. This career is a remote position, so you may not actually meet the client. You can work in a private office or from your home. Your job is to create a design and theme that meets the clients needs both functionally and visually. You mostly focus on the structure of the website and the graphic content that brings it to life. You may provide maintenance service after the site launches. In most cases, you work on a contract basis. The contract outlines all of the requirements and other information, such as whether there is an NDA and the compensation agreements.
