What does a change management director do?

As a change management director, your duties are to oversee the change management strategies at a company. You assess the difficulties of implementing change within the institutional structure and develop solutions. This might mean helping employees to implement a project that overhauls a company-wide operating system or helping them adjust to changes in their responsibilities or the corporate culture, such as new health care benefits or performance review systems.
