What does a remote CFP do?

As a remote certified financial planner (CFP), your job is to advise your client on their investments and help them create a plan to meet their financial needs. In this virtual role, you may help answer common questions about finance concepts and guidelines, manage accounts, and participate in remote meetings. Many CFPs who work from home use telephone, live chat, and email systems to communicate with clients. Most remote CFPs work exclusively from home, but this role may also involve traveling to meet with clients or attending trade shows and exhibitions. Remote CFPs work with companies of all sizes, though remote jobs are most common among larger employers.
