What are jobs that use Visual FoxPro?

In jobs that use Visual FoxPro (VFP), you help code and develop computer applications, especially those that use an internal database. You may use the VFP programming language to create or modify existing software, communicate with other database systems, and otherwise help companies meet their technology needs. Visual FoxPro is now an object-oriented programming language, owned but no longer supported by Microsoft. Some VFP programmers use this programming language to work on software with companies that have not upgraded to another system. As with most programming jobs, you may end up using other programming languages as necessary, rather than focusing exclusively on VFP.
