What are CNA jobs that include training?

All entry-level certified nursing assistant jobs provide on-the-job CNA training to students who have graduated from a certified nursing assistant program. To become certified as a CNA, you need to have a specific number of supervised hours of patient or resident care before you can qualify for the title of certified nursing assistant. Your duties include much of the same work as you would have as a fully employed and qualified CNA. However, a more experienced CNA or nurse oversees you, provides assistance, and shows you your responsibilities before you are allowed to work on your own. In other words, this is a time for you to train and learn the necessary skills for the job.
