What is a Weekend RBT?

A Weekend RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is a certified paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, typically on weekends. Their primary role is to implement behavior intervention plans and teach skills to individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Weekend RBTs may work in clients' homes, clinics, or community settings, providing flexible support outside of traditional weekday hours.
