What is a VASH Case Manager?

A VASH Case Manager is a professional who works with the HUD-VASH program, a partnership between the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to help homeless veterans secure and maintain permanent housing. They provide case management, support services, and coordinate resources such as mental health care, substance use treatment, and employment assistance.
