What does a United Rentals Driver do?

A United Rentals Driver is responsible for transporting rental equipment, such as construction machinery and tools, to and from customer sites. They ensure the safe loading, unloading, and secure transport of equipment while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations. Drivers also complete delivery documentation, perform basic inspections of vehicles and equipment, and provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs. They may also be tasked with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment if needed. This role requires a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a strong focus on safety and reliability.
