What is a traffic tech?

Traffic Techs, short for Traffic Technicians, are professionals who assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of traffic control systems. They typically work with traffic engineers to collect data, install and maintain traffic signs, signals, and pavement markings, and ensure the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
