What does a Structural General Foreman do?

A Structural General Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of crews involved in the construction, installation, and maintenance of structural frameworks, such as steel beams, concrete forms, and other building supports. They ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and timelines. The Structural General Foreman also supervises workers, manages materials and equipment, resolves on-site issues, and communicates progress and requirements to project managers and other stakeholders.
