What is Smile Train?

Smile Train is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free cleft palate and cleft lip surgery and care to children in need around the world. Founded in 1999, Smile Train partners with local doctors and hospitals to empower them with training, funding, and resources to perform safe and high-quality cleft treatments. The organization focuses on a sustainable model, allowing communities to help their own children year-round. Smile Train also supports pre- and post-surgical care, speech therapy, and other essential services to improve children's lives.
