What is a service courtesy driver?

Service Courtesy Drivers are employees typically hired by car dealerships, auto service centers, or rental companies to transport customers to and from the business location while their vehicles are being serviced. Their main responsibility is to ensure customers have a convenient and positive experience by providing safe and timely rides.
