What is a seasonal RBT?

Seasonal Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are certified professionals who provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services on a temporary or seasonal basis, often during school breaks or summer programs. They work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Seasonal RBTs may be hired to meet increased demand during certain times of the year and are expected to follow the same ethical and professional standards as year-round RBTs.
