What is an Rx driver?

Rx Drivers, also known as prescription delivery drivers, are responsible for transporting medications from pharmacies to patients' homes, healthcare facilities, or other designated locations. They ensure that prescriptions are delivered safely, securely, and in a timely manner while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements. Rx Drivers may also interact with patients to confirm deliveries, obtain signatures, and sometimes provide basic medication information as directed by the pharmacy. This role often requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and sometimes knowledge of handling sensitive or controlled substances.
