What is an ROTC teacher?

ROTC teachers, often called ROTC instructors or cadre, are professionals who lead and instruct students enrolled in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) programs at high schools or colleges. They are typically experienced military personnel, either active-duty, reserve, or retired, who teach leadership, military science, and physical training.
