What is an RCC RN?

RCC RNs are Registered Nurses who work in a Renal Care Center (RCC), specializing in caring for patients with kidney-related conditions, such as chronic kidney disease and those requiring dialysis. They are responsible for assessing patients, administering dialysis treatments, monitoring vital signs, educating patients and families, and working closely with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals. RCC RNs require strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate care to people often dealing with complex, long-term health issues.
