What is an RBT technician?

RBT Technicians, or Registered Behavior Technicians, are paraprofessionals who work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral therapy, primarily for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Their main responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting skill development.
