What is an RBT Intern?

RBT Interns are individuals who are in the process of training to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), a credential in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). They typically work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals while completing required coursework and practical experience. RBT Interns assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting clients with developmental or behavioral challenges, often focusing on children with autism.
