What is a probation case manager?

Probation Case Managers are professionals who supervise individuals placed on probation instead of serving time in jail or prison. They work with probationers to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions, provide guidance, and connect them with resources such as counseling, employment, or educational programs. Their goal is to support rehabilitation and reduce the likelihood of reoffending while protecting public safety.
