What is a pick pull?

Pick Pull workers are employees who work in salvage yards, also known as self-service auto parts yards. Their main responsibility is to help customers locate and remove used auto parts from vehicles in the yard. They may provide guidance on tools, safety procedures, and part availability. While customers generally remove parts themselves, Pick Pull workers ensure the yard is organized, safe, and that inventory is managed properly. This role requires basic automotive knowledge and good customer service skills.
