What is an Outback server?

Outback Servers are front-of-house restaurant staff at Outback Steakhouse responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. They greet customers, provide menu recommendations, deliver orders promptly, and address any customer needs or concerns. Outback Servers are also expected to maintain cleanliness in their service area and work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to provide excellent customer service.
