What is a new grad ER RN?

A New Grad ER RN is a newly graduated Registered Nurse who has started working in the Emergency Room (ER) setting. These nurses have recently completed nursing school and obtained their RN license, and are beginning their careers by caring for patients with urgent and critical medical needs in the ER.
