What is a manager trainee?

A Manager Trainee is an entry-level employee who participates in a company’s management training program to learn the skills and responsibilities required for a managerial position. During the training period, they rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership. The goal is to prepare them for future management roles within the organization by providing mentorship and practical knowledge. Upon successful completion of the program, Manager Trainees may be promoted to assistant manager or manager positions.
