What is a lot tech?

Lot Techs, also known as Lot Technicians or Lot Attendants, are responsible for managing and organizing vehicles on a dealership lot or parking facility. Their main duties include moving vehicles, keeping the lot clean and organized, checking vehicles for damage, and assisting with vehicle deliveries and pickups. They play a key role in ensuring the dealership runs smoothly and creates a good first impression for customers. Lot Techs also support the sales and service teams by preparing vehicles for display and customer test drives.
