What is a Jr Scrum Master?

Jr Scrum Masters are entry-level professionals who help Agile teams follow the Scrum framework. They support the Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while removing minor obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Their role is to ensure team members understand Scrum principles and work collaboratively toward project goals.
