Is property management a good career field?

Property management is a challenging career path with a wide range of responsibilities. Unless you hire people to help, you are ultimately in charge of every aspect of keeping the property suitable for rental and in line with laws and regulations. It can be a high-paying field, especially if you also own the multiple properties that you manage. You can expect to keep regular office hours, but you have to be ready to respond outside of standard hours if emergencies or issues arise.
