What is Inroads?

Inroads is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing talented, underrepresented youth for corporate and community leadership. Established in 1970, Inroads offers internship opportunities, career development training, and mentoring to high school and college students, primarily from minority backgrounds. The organization partners with major corporations to provide students with real-world experience and professional growth opportunities. Through its programs, Inroads seeks to increase diversity in corporate America and empower future leaders.
