How to get a sprat job?

Career: Sprat

The primary qualifications for getting a SPRAT job are one of its certifications and some experience within the industry. SPRAT currently offers three levels of certification; level I is the easiest to get and only allows you to work under direct, on-site supervision, while levels II and III indicate more experience and skill within the industry. The higher your certification, the better. Most people progress sequentially through these levels as part of their career, but it is possible to start at level II or III if you have sufficient industry experience. Fulfilling the responsibilities and duties of a SPRAT job requires physical fitness, the ability to work in elevated areas for extended periods, and the ability to memorize and follow complex safety protocols.
