How to become an HVAC Service Manager?

The primary qualifications for this position are several years of experience in a construction-related discipline and several years of experience with sales and project management. Employers prefer a bachelor's degree, though many accept a high school diploma if you have sufficient experience in the field. This is a senior-level position that is not available to recent college graduates. Most people working towards this role start as an apprentice working on HVAC equipment and move up to this level after gaining sufficient experience.
