How to become an all source intelligence analyst?

The most common route to becoming an all source intelligence analyst is through an active military career. In the army, you need to have at least four years of experience in an intelligence position over at least two assignments and have reached the rank of sergeant (E-6). Other qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a field such as criminal law, history, or political science. You also need to maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
