How to become a Zumba instructor?

Though some Zumba instructor jobs require an associate or bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or a related field, most positions only need you to be a certified instructor. Become certified through the Zumba Academy, where you learn the basics of Zumba moves and techniques, as well as how to teach a class effectively. The first level of certification is called Basic Steps Level 1; additional advanced certifications are also available. Employers may require you to be CPR certified.
