How to become a validation manager?

Career: Validation Manager

Validation managers have at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, though many employers prefer candidates with a master's degree. You also need to have several years of industry experience, preferably in validation, production, or quality assurance. For example, health care validation managers should have a degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, toxicology, medical technology, or a similar discipline, and at least five years of work experience in medical research or forensic or analytical toxicology, with some of that time in supervisory roles. You must be able to create progress reports and present them to administrators on a regular basis. Additional qualifications include excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
