How to become a trust manager?

Career: Trust Manager

The minimum qualifications you need to get a job as a trust manager or trustee are a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. Most employers prefer candidates with an MBA or master's degree and several years of experience working with trusts. In most cases, a trust manager starts as a junior associate or in another entry-level role. You can also gain experience in these roles while you work towards your master's degree. Other helpful qualities for a trust manager include investment knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with little or no supervision.
