How to become a substation engineer?

The primary qualifications for becoming a substation engineer are a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field. Many start their careers in entry-level engineering roles, working alongside veteran substation engineers, to learn the skills and tools required for the job. You must be able to demonstrate your technical expertise in designing and managing a building project to be eligible for this position.
