How to become a student pilot?
Career: Student Pilot
Before you can become a student pilot, you must be at least 16 years old, English-speaking, and able to pass a medical exam issued by the Aviation Medical Examiners (AME). Then, you enroll in flight school and take computer and classroom training, participate in simulations, and complete a set amount of in-flight experience with an instructor. The instructor essentially endorses you when you become proficient in flying a particular aircraft. After you pass a comprehensive exam mandated by the FAA, you earn a student pilot certificate and gain the qualifications to fly solo for the specific aircraft that you are trained and endorsed in.
