How to become a stem educator?

Career: Stem Educator

The primary qualifications for becoming a STEM educator depend on the level at which you are teaching. You need at least a bachelor's degree to teach at the high school level, and a master's degree or a doctorate if you want to teach college students. Many degrees focus on an increasingly narrow area, while STEM curriculum involves an interdisciplinary approach. Fulfilling the responsibilities of a STEM educator requires teaching and research skills as well as the ability to explain how science, technology, engineering, and math interact. If you work with high school students, you also need a teaching license in your state.
