How to become a rental car shuttle driver?

There are no formal educational requirements or training for rental car shuttle drivers. You must be at least 21 years old, fluent in English, and have a valid driver’s license. Depending on the vehicle you drive, you may need a commercial driver’s license (CDL). Some employers prefer that you have prior experience transporting passengers. You must be able to assist customers with luggage, meaning you should be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance. You must have both superb driving and communication skills for this position.
