How to become a program facilitator?

As a program facilitator, you work on behalf of an organization. You need at least a high school diploma or the equivalent for this job. Some employers prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in physical education or a similar field. Other desirable qualifications are CPR and first aid training. While it is not required, you can pursue certification through the National Recreation and Park Association or a similar organization. Communication and engagement skills are vital for a program facilitator, especially when their duties involve motivating participants and leading programs.
