How to become a printer?

Printers produce print material for the publishing industry. Though some printers focus solely on the printing process, others also bind and finish the print material for distribution. Depending on the size of the print shop and your position, you may also design and assemble the printed pages. Printer operators must have strong technical skills to keep all print technology and press machines in excellent condition. Additional qualifications include strong computer skills and knowledge of all relevant software and programs.
