How to become a personal coach?

Career: Personal Coach

There are no formal education requirements to become a personal coach, though some employers prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree. Acquire an entry-level position with a personal coaching agency or health care counseling facility to learn how to listen to client concerns and provide helpful advice. Once you have some work experience, seek personal coach positions. Certification is not required, but obtaining certificates from the International Association of Coaching (IAC) or the International Coach Federation (ICF) may make you more competitive in the job market.
