How to become a master plumber?

There are several qualifications you must meet to become a master plumber. First, you must either complete an associate degree or an apprenticeship in plumbing. Through a combination of classroom learning and on-the-job training, you gain the necessary experience to advance on the plumbing career ladder to journeyman plumber. You must pass an exam to get your state’s journeyman plumber license and work for several years as a journeyman plumber to have the knowledge and skills to qualify as a master plumber. Finally, you must pass the master plumber’s exam to earn your master plumber’s license.
