How to become a line mechanic?

Educational qualifications for a line mechanic career depend on the industry in which you want to work. If your job duties involve electrical equipment, for example, you may need certification or an associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Other production companies may have new employees gain experience and hone their skills as an assistant mechanic or in another position before being promoted to a head mechanic post.
