How to become a laser engineer?

Most laser engineer positions require you to have significant work experience in a job with relevant duties and responsibilities. You also need some formal education, such as an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field. The more experience and skills you have in engineering, especially with lasers and laser equipment, the less education you need. Other qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as a team player, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
