How to become a graduate assistant baseball coach?

A bachelor’s degree is the minimum education requirement to become a graduate assistant baseball coach. You must also be in good academic standing to meet the requirements to enter a graduate program at the university or college where you intend to work as an assistant coach. Prior experience playing baseball or a baseball background is necessary to teach relevant skills to players. Qualifications for this job include being physically fit and willing to perform various duties for coaches. You must be available to travel with the team and work on nights and weekends. Most graduate assistant baseball coaches are also instructed to obtain certification in First Aid and CPR training by their school.
