How to become a feeder associate?

Career: Feeder Associate

There are no formal qualifications you need to become a feeder associate. In most cases, having some experience in a job with similar duties is all you need to obtain a feeder associate job. You can often find companies willing to provide on-the-job training to the right person. You typically work under the supervision of an experienced staff member until you become familiar with your responsibilities. Feeder associates need customer service skills, some computer skills for inputting information into the computer system, and organizational skills for reporting. Some companies prefer candidates with a commercial driver’s license (CDL) or those who intend to obtain one soon after employment.
