How to become a banker?

Career: Banker

To enter the banking field, you must obtain a bachelor’s degree in finance or economics. Additionally, any and all relative work experience in the sphere of finance (such as teller experience) will be key in procuring an entry-level banker position. Higher levels of education are not required but may translate to more robust salaries or employment opportunities. Aspiring bankers should enjoy analytics, critical-thinking, and number-crunching. You should also display solid interpersonal communication skills as they will be required to walk clients through highly technical financial proposals.
