How many hours can a charter bus driver drive?

Career: Charter Bus Driver

Commercial Charter Bus Drivers, like all commercial passenger vehicle operators, must abide by federal safety guidelines regarding the number of hours they are allowed to be on duty. Drivers can work up to 10 hours after being off duty for eight consecutive hours. There are also weekly limits that allow a driver to work up to 60 hours in seven consecutive days as long as one day is off duty, or 70 hours in eight consecutive days if they are working every day.
